If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Ensure your fragrance is at least 95% full and in its original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our dedicated support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA clearly marked and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned bottle, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
